Refund and Withdrawal Policy

Last updated: 2026-10-20

This Policy sets out matters relating to the withdrawal of subscription and refunds for tab-hunmin Paid Services (the Premium subscription and the Extra 30 Pack). Matters not specified herein are governed by the Terms of Service and applicable law.

1. Basic Principle of Withdrawal

Users may request withdrawal of subscription within 7 days of the payment date for a Paid Service (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).

2. Restriction on Withdrawal for Digital Content and Free Trial Access

Where a Paid Service constitutes digital content and its supply has begun, withdrawal may be restricted under applicable law.

For Paid Services subject to such restriction, the Company continuously provides free usage (unlimited typing practice and the AI Sentence Maker 3 times per week) so users can fully try the Service before purchasing. This ensures that the exercise of users' right of withdrawal is not impeded.

3. How to Cancel a Recurring Subscription

A subscription may be canceled using the method corresponding to its billing channel.

  • Web billing (Paddle): cancel via in-service Settings > Subscription Management, or request cancellation at hbpjjang2@gmail.com
  • Apple App Store billing: cancel via device Settings > your name > Subscriptions
  • Google Play billing: cancel via Google Play > Subscriptions

Upon cancellation, automatic renewal stops from the next payment date, and the user may continue to use the Service until the end of the period already paid for. The Extra 30 Pack is a one-time purchase and is not subject to cancellation.

4. Refund Procedure and Timeline

Refund requests for web (Paddle) purchases may be submitted via hbpjjang2@gmail.com or through in-service inquiries. Once the reason for the refund is confirmed, the Company will issue the refund through Paddle, the seller, using the same payment method within 3 business days; if delayed without justifiable cause, the Company will pay any delay compensation required by applicable law.

Refunds for app store in-app purchases follow the refund policies and procedures of each store.

  • Apple App Store: request a refund through Apple's Report a Problem page (reportaproblem.apple.com). The Company cannot directly refund Apple payments.
  • Google Play: request a refund from your purchase history in Google Play.

5. Calculation of Refund Amount

The following criteria apply to web (Paddle) purchases; refund amounts for app store purchases follow each store's policies.

Premium subscription: if the request is made within the withdrawal period (7 days from the payment date) and there has been no usage of the Service, a full refund will be issued.

If the Service has been used, the amount corresponding to the period of use is deducted and the balance is refunded. Refund = payment amount − (days of use × daily rate). The daily rate is the monthly payment amount divided by 30, and days of use are counted from the payment date to the date the withdrawal request is received (any period of less than one day counts as one day).

Extra 30 Pack: if the request is made within 7 days of purchase, a full refund will be issued if none of the pack's uses have been used, and an amount proportional to the remaining uses will be refunded if some have been used. Refund = payment amount × (remaining uses ÷ 30).

6. Invalidity of Provisions Unfavorable to Consumers

Any provision of this Policy that is unfavorable to consumers in violation of consumer protection provisions under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce or other applicable law shall be invalid.
